Welcome to first city fellowship
At First City Fellowship, we are a church focused on worshipping God in a welcoming way. We dress comfortably for Sunday worship services, with blue jeans or shorts being common for many attenders. When you arrive, enter the building through the Fellowship Hall entrance on Broadway Street. We’ll have someone at the door to welcome you.
About Us
our story
First City Fellowship began as a church plant, with Westside Family Church – Leavenworth as our sending church and Purposed Church, in Mascoutah, IL, as our supporting church. In February 2022, a small team began meeting together on Sunday afternoons at Pullman’s Family Restaurant in Leavenworth to pray, plan, and prepare to open First City Fellowship. Over the next eight months, the team grew, conducted community engagements, connected with people in the northern Leavenworth area, and conducted rehearsals and preview services in preparation for the start on Sunday morning worship services.
On October 16, 2022, First City Fellowship began meeting at David Brewer Elementary School for weekly Sunday morning worship services. In addition to Sunday morning worship services, we also began small group discipling, and continued to set up our Pop Up Prayer Table-offering to pray for and with people-at stores and other locations in Leavenworth.
We look forward to continue building on our story and making a bigger impact on the city of Leavenworth as we grow and serve.
